The AFP-25 Helmet Mounted Electrical Arc Faceshield with weight balancing system is engineered for high-performance arc flash protection. Tested to ASTM F2178, it achieves an Arc Thermal Performance Value (ATPV) of 25 cal/cm² and is certified to GS-ET-29. The faceshield offers medium energy impact resistance (B-rated) and filters harmful UV and optical radiation, reducing the risk of ocular damage. Its deep chinguard, side shields, and inclined browguard provide maximum facial coverage while deflecting energy away from the helmet surface. Fully compatible with JSP’s EVO®5 helmet range, including EVO®5 DualSwitch™ and EVO®5 E-Xtra models, it features a weight balancing system for secure, one-handed visor operation. The visor can be lifted and locked above the helmet for maximum working clearance, providing both safety and convenience.
