Material Of Construction & Description
- Extinguishing Medium: MAP 90% UL Listed dry powder.
- Body: Mild Steel Shells are produced by a cold deep draw process which yields a Seamless steel cylinder with a high tensile strength. The Neck ring and specially formed bottom enclosure are MIG welded to produce a smooth, high integrity weld.
- Valve: Valve bodies are made from a durable extruded Aluminium alloy. Valve sub-assemblies are 100% tested for functionality before final assembly.
- Siphon Tube: Rugged Aluminium Syphon tubes help to provide proper and dependable agent flow through the valve body.
- Discharge Hose: UL CR (UL Recognized Component), EPDM booster hose with SS fittings and Aluminium crimping.
- Discharge Nozzle: Anodized Aluminium alloy nozzles are designed to tight specifications and maximize the suppressing capabilities of the extinguisher. Pressure gauge, Tamper seals & Label: UL CR (UL Recognized Components).
- Mounting Hook: Mild Steel Powder coated.
