The Makita LS004GZ01 is a high-power 260mm Battery Miter Saw powered by a 40V Max XGT battery and equipped with a brushless motor that provides consistently smooth cutting and extended runtimes. With a large turn base and an easy-to-operate miter angle lock providing a miter range of 60° left and right and a bevel range of 48° left and right, the LS004GZ01 has a maximum cutting capacity of 91 x 279mm.

The Battery Miter Saw LS004GZ01 features an innovative rail forward design that allows the rear of the machine to be sited close to the wall and AWS (auto-start wireless system) connects to compatible dust extractors via Bluetooth for automatic operation. Other features include constant speed control, which increases power to the motor depending on load conditions, a soft start for smooth operation, and LED job light for improved cutting accuracy.
