Ideal for HPLC waste applications, this container provides vapor and fire protection, safeguards against spills, and maximizes safety and convenience. Hands-free solvent collection allows liquid to flow directly from your process into the container, supporting both pump-fed and gravity-flow HPLC waste methods. Two disconnect fittings—one intake and one vent—eliminate back pressure and ensure controlled vapor handling.

Constructed from translucent polyethylene, the container allows quick visual checks of liquid level. The pouring spout includes a stainless-steel flame arrester to dissipate heat and prevent flashback ignition. The spring-loaded, sealed lid automatically vents to prevent explosion, while odors can be controlled using a coalescing/carbon filter.

The quick-disconnect system features an easy-on, easy-off mechanism that detaches the can from the process without drips, leaks, or vapor release. Once removed, the container seals automatically. Valved disconnect fittings prevent vapor or liquid release during decoupling. Standard cans include PTFE O-rings; customized versions may include EPDM seals. An easy-carry handle with fixed position latch keeps the cover open for controlled pouring. Optional polypropylene barbed fittings with EPDM O-rings are available. The translucent finish allows instant liquid-level monitoring.
