This Type I safety can is designed with a single spout for both filling and pouring, and features a sealed lid with automatic positive-pressure relief that vents between 3 and 5 psig (0.2 to 0.35 bar) to prevent rupture or explosion. Constructed from high-grade coated steel, every can is tested to ensure completely leakproof performance. The tough powder-coat finish withstands chemicals and the demands of heavy use. A stainless steel flame arrester dissipates heat to stop flashback ignition. Smaller cans up to 1 quart include a trigger-release handle, while larger capacities feature a swinging handle for easier carrying. A Type I safety can funnel can be added to help pour into smaller openings, offering splash protection and durable, heavy-duty performance.
