The TOYO TGT model gear trolleys are crafted from high-quality steel, offering superior tensile strength compared to many other options on the market. Built with a durable steel body and gear case, these trolleys are designed to handle the demanding conditions of construction, mechanical work, and rigging maintenance. The TOYO manual geared trolley is compatible with both manual and electric hoists and is designed to operate on beams. Before installation, it’s essential to ensure that the supporting structure can bear the combined weight of the load, trolley, and hoist. The hand chain enables smooth horizontal movement, allowing the trolley to travel in the opposite direction when the chain is pulled. TOYO gear trolleys are trusted by customers for their high-quality design and performance. Each unit is load tested, and comes with a test certificate and user manual, meeting and exceeding the standards set by BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009.
Properties Key Information
Each unit is supplied with full certification, including either a test certificate or an EC Declaration of Conformity, confirming adherence to the essential health and safety standards outlined in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This documentation specifies that the unit has undergone a proof test at 1.5 times its rated capacity, as well as a light load test at 2% of its rated capacity, exceeding the requirements of the applicable standard.
