The TOYOLIFT SSDHL electric chain hoist (Model SSDHL01-01S) is designed for industrial-grade lifting and precision control. It operates with a 1.5 kW motor on a 3-phase 415V, 50/60Hz power supply and delivers a lifting speed of 6.6 m/min. Equipped with a single-fall chain, chain bag, and remote control, it also features a built-in load cell and load limit indicator for enhanced safety. Up and down limit switches are included, and the hoist is protected with an IP54-rated enclosure. Built for demanding use, it meets the M5 / 2m duty classification under ISO/FEM standards.

User Guide

• This hoist is intended exclusively for vertical lifting at a 90-degree angle—do not use it for angled or horizontal pulling.

• The equipment must be operated only by trained personnel who have read the user manual and completed a proper pre-use inspection.

• To prevent motor overheating, allow cooling periods during every hour of operation, especially in high ambient temperatures.

• Always keep the load chain clean, well-lubricated, and rust-free. Ensure it’s correctly stored in the chain container with the limit spring and chain stopper properly installed.
